Product Availability
Product availability may change quickly, especially for balloons, seasonal items, holiday products, graduation supplies, licensed character items, candy, pinatas, and limited-quantity party themes.
An item appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available at the time of fulfillment. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you about substitutions, partial fulfillment, cancellation, refund, or another available option.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that:

- Party Mart may contact you about order questions, pickup timing, substitutions, or fulfillment issues

Cart Recovery and Checkout Reminders
If you begin checkout and provide your email address but do not complete your purchase, Party Mart or our ecommerce tools may send a cart recovery or checkout reminder email after a period of time. These emails are intended to help you return to your cart or complete your order.
You are not required to complete a purchase because you receive a cart reminder. Availability, pricing, promotions, shipping options, and pickup timing may change before checkout is completed.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, delivery, handling, or other fees may apply.
Payment must be authorized before an order is fulfilled. Party Mart does not store full payment card numbers on its website.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible items. Pickup availability, timing, and readiness may vary by item, order size, store workload, balloon inflation needs, seasonal demand, and business hours.
You may need to show order confirmation, identification, or other proof of purchase when picking up an order.
Shipping
Party Mart ships eligible products within the United States. Shipping options, costs, processing times, and delivery estimates may vary.
Standard shipping may take approximately 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or during holidays may ship the next business day or later.
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory issues, and other events may affect delivery timing.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to Party Mart’s Return Policy. In general, eligible items must be returned within the stated return period, unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Some items may be final sale or non-returnable, including certain holiday items, custom items, inflated balloons, personalized items, special orders, opened items, used items, and other products identified as non-returnable.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method when a return is approved.
Balloons, Helium, and Custom Orders
Balloon availability, inflation timing, float time, and appearance may vary based on balloon type, size, material, temperature, handling, transport, and environmental conditions.
Custom balloon orders, inflated balloons, personalized items, special orders, balloon decor, installations, and similar services may have special timing, payment, cancellation, refund, or final-sale rules.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, event dates, colors, names, ages, messages, images, and other customization details.
Product Images and Descriptions
Product images are provided for reference. Colors, packaging, item count, patterns, and product details may vary by manufacturer, screen settings, availability, or substitution.
Licensed character products, seasonal items, and manufacturer packaging may change without notice.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
