The fastest way to check balloon availability or product stock is to call Party Mart directly. We can tell you what is in stock, what can be filled with helium, and what is ready for same-day pickup.
Same-day balloon pickup timing depends on the balloon type, the size of the order, and how busy the store is. If we are not too busy, a single 12″ latex balloon or an 18″ mylar balloon can often be ready in about a minute or less after purchase. Large number balloons and larger mylar balloons usually take about 5 minutes each. A large 36″ latex balloon, such as a gender reveal balloon, is usually about 5 minutes, or closer to 10 minutes if it also needs to be tied to a weight. Balloon bouquets can take additional time depending on how many balloons are included and how complex the order is. Wait times may be longer on weekends, holidays, and during major events, so ordering online ahead of time is the best way to lock in your pickup time.
Yes. You can bring in your own balloons for helium inflation, including balloons purchased from stores like Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Etsy, and other retailers. Our starting inflation price is $3 for a 12″ latex balloon and $3 for an 18″ mylar foil balloon. Before bringing balloons in, make sure they are designed to float with helium, since some balloons are air-fill only. We do not inflate balloons that contain confetti or any other foreign objects inside the balloon. Yes. Party Mart ships orders outside Salem, Oregon. Standard shipping usually takes about 3 to 7 business days, and because orders ship from Salem, customers closer to Oregon may receive their orders sooner. Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time from one of our shipping carriers.
