Cut-off Time
Orders placed by 12pm PST, Monday - Friday will usually ship out same day, excluding holidays.
After Hours & Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 12pm PST, Monday - Friday will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Oregon. The delivery time estimates below are provided by USPS and depend on how far you are from the West Coast:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're looking to expand our shipping options in the future.
Most carriers will leave the package at your door or in a secure location. For expedited shipments that require signature, the carrier will attempt delivery again or leave a notice.
You can change your shipping address only if your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.
