How early should I order for same-day pickup?
We require at least 2 hours' notice for online orders to ensure our decorators have time to prepare your balloons. For immediate needs, please call the store directly.
Do you inflate balloons bought from other stores?
Yes, we offer outside balloon inflation services in-store. Bring your balloons to our Salem location, and we will inflate them for a small fee based on size.
How long will my helium balloons float?
Standard latex balloons float for 12-24 hours (hi-float treatment can extend this). Foil mylar balloons stay inflated for 3-7 days or even longer depending on temperature.
What happens if I need to change my pickup time?
If you need to delay or change your pickup, please call us as soon as possible at (503) 362-0941 so we can adjust our inflation schedule to keep your balloons fresh.
