Once you approve the proof via email, we send your order to print.

Photo Requirements & Tips
For the best results, follow these guidelines when selecting your image:
- File size: 2 MB or larger recommended – send the largest file available
- Resolution: Keep original format – avoid downsizing before submission
- Framing: Fill the entire photo frame with your subject – no tiny background figures
- Background: Avoid standing in grass or areas where feet are partially covered
- Positioning: Keep arms and legs close to the body for durability and reduced damage
- Lighting: Pay attention to light and shadows, especially on faces
- Source: Avoid social media images – quality is usually too low
- Test: Zoom in on the face to life-size on your computer monitor to preview the final result
Image Rights & Preparation
You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Images of celebrities, logos, athletes, or copyrighted characters require official documentation proving rights. Please ensure all editing (photoshop work, lighting adjustments, blemish removal, etc.) is complete before ordering. Changes requested after proof creation may incur additional fees.
