Changed your mind? We’re happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from receipt purchase date.
IN-STORE: Bring your item and ORGINAL RECEIPT (from your email, order details page, or printed receipt) to the front desk. A Team member will be happy to assist with your return.
Return Policy: Return must be made within 30 days from date or purchase shown on receipt. All items must be in original package, unopened. All wearables, un-packed cutlery, stand up cut-outs, hand pumps, balloon weights, red tagged/discounted items, and piñatas are non-returnable. Any holiday items must be returned two weeks (14 days) before the date of the holiday.
