Outside Balloon Policies
You're welcome to bring in your own balloons for inflation, but please read the following carefully:
- Float Time: All outside latex balloons inflated at Party Mart will only last 6-8 hours.
- No Refunds for Popped Balloons: If your outside balloon is defective or pops during inflation (or after being inflated), we will not replace the balloon or refund the helium cost.
- No Confetti: Balloons with confetti or any foreign objects cannot be filled at Party Mart.
- No Air Filling: We do not provide an air-filling service for outside balloons.
We highly recommend purchasing your balloons directly from Party Mart to ensure quality and guaranteed replacement if they pop during inflation!

Yes, Party Mart can inflate balloons with helium that are purchased outside of our store. We suggest that you check with the retailers (Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Shein, Temu, Etsy) that the balloons are helium quality.
Do you fill graduation balloons?
Yes, we do. You can bring in your own grad balloons or set up an order with our graduation balloons.
Can I place a balloon order in advance for pickup?
