Balloon Shopping Notes & FAQ
Are latex packs inflated?
No. Packaged latex color packs are sold uninflated online. If you want helium-filled latex balloons, use the inflated latex balloons category or call Party Mart Salem for help.
How long will my helium balloons float?
Float time varies by balloon type, temperature, and handling. Standard 11" latex balloons float for about 12-24 hours when treated with Hi-Float. Foil (Mylar) balloons typically stay afloat and looking fresh for 3 to 5 days, though they often last much longer!
Can I place a balloon order in advance for pickup?
Yes! Calling or ordering online is recommended when your celebration is today or tomorrow. You can select a same-day or future pickup time, and we'll have everything ready when you arrive.
Can Party Mart inflate balloons purchased from other stores?
Absolutely. If you bought uninflated balloons elsewhere, bring them into our Salem store. We charge a standard helium inflation fee based on the size and type of the balloon.
