For standard online orders, no call needed. We prepare based on your pickup time. For large orders (50+ balloons) or custom bouquets, calling ahead helps us make sure everything is ready.
Foil balloons typically float for several days to a week or more. Latex balloons float best for 24 hours inflated with us. For best results, pick up the morning of your event.
Yes. Purchase balloons in-store and we can inflate them with helium on the spot, subject to availability. Just ask a team member when you arrive.
Call us as soon as possible! Because balloons are inflated at a specific time, same-day changes may not always be possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
