General Return Policy

Changed your mind? We're happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from receipt purchase date.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase
  • All items must be in original package, unopened
  • Original receipt is required for all returns

Note: Any holiday items must be returned two weeks (14 days) before the date of the holiday. NO RETURNS ON HOLIDAY ITEMS FOR SHIPPED ITEMS.

In-Store Returns

Returning items purchased in-store is quick and easy.

  • Bring your item and original receipt to the front desk
  • A team member will be happy to assist with your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Remember: Your receipt can be from your email, order details page, or a printed receipt.

Shipped Order Returns

Returning items from online orders follows the same rules as in-store returns with a few additional considerations.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We provide return shipping labels at customer's expense
  • Original packaging and receipt must be included

Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.

How to Print Your Receipt

Receipts come in handy when returning items you purchased in store. It's easy to print them from your order details page.

Online Order Receipts

For online purchases, your receipt is automatically emailed to you. You can also access it through your account order history.

Can't Find Your Receipt?

If you can't locate your receipt, please contact our customer service team with your purchase information. We may be able to look up your purchase in our system.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, we're happy to help with exchanges for items of equal value. Please bring the item and receipt to our store, or contact our customer service for shipped exchanges.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
Do you offer store credit?
